Outcast. Its normal

Peace and Blessings of Christ to all

I wish to express such disgrace to the existence of such a term we have today. Its what people tag us or label us for certain reason.

I visited a website recently. Rather a forum for participating to sharing my devotions and just having fellowship. It was to my despair that I was treated as someone with an agenda. Weird. There was nothing wrong with my posting at all. I am not a racist either but a lover of humanity. I have respect for all races and religion, and yet I was tagged and accused wrongly.

I felt so much being outcast. I sense it was a group of racist people tagging me racist instead. Or else they would not have done what they did. Just because I belong to another group color, but I am human.

Well, I do not want to discuss that Forum again. But if you personally wanna know, I shall give light to you about it. This is the only way I vent out my frustration.

As I read the scriptures today, I came across a very beautiful saying from the Word of God.

Isaiah 55:8-9

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,"
declares the LORD.

"As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Has this ever crossed your mind? Sometimes we ask WHY GOD? We are children of God and truly there is no prohibition from questioning Our Heavenly Father! Go ahead, He is too loving to reject His children. He will speak to you, He did to me! Alleluia!

I have many a times felt in my deepest troubles why God does certain things to us, but truly, it is not a test to us merely but a strengthening factor God imposes in order for something better to be made of us. But most of all, there is more blessings and not curses in Christ. Reason being, our old self is no more and we are new like a child in the Lord. If I patiently persevere, that is when I see the good approaches very shortly and realise that He intended a good in the misfortune that took place. Amazing isn't it?

Truly I have met many fellow brethren who come to me seeking logic behind Christian doctrines. When we guide them towards opening their minds, I realize they indeed do not see what we see. It might be a wonder to them how in our mind, we see it differently. For example the Doctrine of Trinity. It has become the main topic they seek to prove us fools.

Brothers and Sisters, this is what I meant by how limited our minds are.

Let us ponder for a moment that everything pointed towards the Messiah from ancient times.....

  • The name Jesus comes from the Greek form of Hebrew Jehoshua (yehoshua), meaning Jehovah is salvation
  • Christ was prophesied by Zacharias not long before the Birth of Christ as in Luke 1:68
  • Prophesied by Isaiah during the 8th Century B.C. as in Isaiah 7:14 which says "Therefore the Lord Himself gives you a Sign. The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call Him Immanuel. He will eat curds and honey when he knows enough to reject the wrong and choose the right (Immanuel means God with us)
  • Refer to Isaiah 9:6,-7, Psalm 89:3 - 4, Psalm 132:11, Psalm 2:6, Psalm 72:10, Isaiah 60:6, 1 Samuel 2:10, Micah 5:2, Numbers 24:17 and many more if you truly seek what was prophesied.

Shalom and God Bless you all!

The Great Shepherd, Lord Jesus!

Our Lord Jesus, The Great Shepherd of the sheep

The Chief Shepherd says "I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me...My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.

I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand.
"

I remember this verse from the Bible, in the deepest moments of trouble in life. Those days I seeked Him, but He was not far away. I found Him cause He found me first! Alleluia! Alhamdulilah! Amen.

When I attended classes as a Gentile before, I was shocked to understand much about the statements made of the disbelievers. But when I did some research in the Bible, I realised God had a wonderful plan for all nations. His creation was meant for Him. He created us out of Love, not to be destroyed. Satan's plan was for destruction of mankind. How could people not see this clearly? When a claim was made that a God seemed so revengeful and punishing for sinners, did they not ponder on a God who is Loving to His children?

I am excited to know God the true way He was meant for us.

Remember the verse "All we, like sheep have gone astray; We have turned everyone to his own way; and the Lord has laid on him the inquity of us all - I am the good shepherd. The Good Shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

"I will seek the lost, and I will bring back the strayed, and I will bind up the injured, and I will strengthen the weak"

"For you were straying like sheep, but have now returned to the Shepherd and the Overseer of souls"

Ezekiel 34:16 gives light in these:
As all men are in Adam's fall, we are lost, to ourselves, not knowing where we are, and how to get out of our conditions but only through the enlightenment of the Spirit of God, so shall we be preserved in Christ Jesus. Our Shepherd goes after our strayed souls, restores us, cause its impossible for the elect of God to be to be deceived.

Come verses to read and ponder on

John 10:14, 27, 28

Ps. 23:1-3

My journey towards the Lord

Have you ever sought something deeply and yet found it hard to find?

In my life, I sought the Lord. I was lost in my own world of who is God. I tried studying all religion in order to understand why mankind was here in the first place.

I just did not understand that deep within me there is a profound answer. I prayed and cried to God one day on a prayer mat. I seeked who He was. I seemed to find him very distant.

It was in this moment that I noticed my most important questions of life being answered. The Word of God comes alive as we pray and seek His guidance. The Holy Spirit enables us to look within and we shall find.

I am so excited with this happiness that I found in the Lord. Amen. I shall always rejoice that the Lord loved me first and He never fails to seek those who seek Him with all their hearts.
